I am proud to announce the launch of the new BQueer Career Center on February 15th.

With new layoffs happening every day around the world, I am pleased to be able to offer our visitors and the Gay and Lesbian community the opportunity to search and apply for job openings directly from our front page and from within our full-featured Career Center.

Our initial launch features American job openings, with thousands of positions in every US State. We will shortly we adding Canadian job listings to our service.

Job Hunters can search and browse our massive nation database of openings, upload your resume, research salaries and apply directly to a position. All without the hassle of a membership. You can also select to have relevant job alerts emailed directly to your inbox.

Employers who believe in diversity and non-discrimination in the workplace can post open positions, search our international database of resumes, read employment articles and receive advice on those tough hiring issues.

I honestly hope that if you are employed, you are fortunate enough to remain that way. But if you do find yourself having to find that perfect new job, I hope our Career Center connects you with your new employer, of for GLBT-Friendly businesses, your new employee!
